The Bantam ESQ-C was designed in collaboration with pickleball pro, Andrea Koop, to provide a combination of power, spin, and forgiveness. PT-700 unidirectional RAW carbon fiber is combined with either a more powerful 12.7mm core or a more forgiving 14.3mm Bantam core for controllable power and spin capability. A 5 1⁄2” handle reduces wind drag and allows for a two-handed backhand, while a large, consistent sweet spot adds finesse to every shot. Really like playing with this paddle - light, fast and plenty of power and spin. Very solid and controllable.

Paddle is very similar to Paddletek ALW only with longer handle and slightly wider body. Bantam core is very solid and provides good power and very good pop. Spin is very good with carbon face. Paddle is very light in stock form and has lots of room to add lead or tungsten tape if you like. This light static weight makes the paddle feel very maneuverable. Paddle feel is quite stiff so drops, resets and dinks do require some time to calibrate. Paddletek is know for quality construction and this paddle is no exception.
