Return & Exchange Policy
Pickleball Depot will accept the return of any equipment purchased from our company within 15 days after you receive your order. Equipment being returned for full product refund (minus any shipping fees) must be in brand new condition (never used) and in original packaging. This does not include FINAL SALE items.
If equipment has been used or is no longer in the original packaging or if the item was sold at a sale price a store credit will be issued.
For items that have been used and cannot be sold as new, a minimum of a $30.00 chargeback will apply off the credit issued. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all net systems that are returned.
All USED, DEMO, and CLEARANCE product is FINAL SALE.
FOOTWEAR: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept the return of used footwear- only brand new/never worn footwear can be returned for credit or refund.
A verbal or written return authorization is required for all returns. Please call or email requesting a return on an item and the reason for the return. Ship item(s) back to the address below along with a copy of your purchase invoice or order confirmation with a note which includes your name, address and phone number specifying how you want us to handle the return.
Customers may exchange returned items for new merchandise and the returned item(s) will be credited toward the purchase of any new items.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges. (both ways)
