RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Pickleball Depot will accept the return of any qualifying equipment purchased from our company within 15 days after you receive your order.
NEW EQUIPMENT: Equipment being returned for full product refund (minus any shipping fees) must be in brand new condition (never used) and in original packaging and purchased within 15 day after you receive your order. This does not include FINAL SALE items.
SALE ITEMS: Sale items (items discounted up to 20% off) may be exchanged for store credit only within 15 days.
CLEARANCE, USED & DEMO: All clearance, used & demo product is FINAL SALE. Clearance Product is any item discounted 25% or greater.
USED EQUIPMENT: Once equipment has been used (paddles, balls, bags, etc) we can no longer accept it back for exchange or refund.
FOOTWEAR: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept the return of used footwear- only new/never worn footwear can be returned for credit or refund.
RESTOCKING FEES: For items that have been used and cannot be sold as new, a minimum of a $30.00 chargeback will apply off the store credit issued. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all portable and permanent net systems and Sport Tutor ball machines that are returned.
Where To Return
All in-store and online purchases may be returned to either store location provided it falls within the returns policy parameters. For items returned in-store proof of purchase must be presented.
A verbal or written return authorization is required for all returns. Please call or email requesting a return on an item and the reason for the return. Ship item(s) back to the address below along with a copy of your purchase invoice or order confirmation with a note which includes your name, address and phone number.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return shipments for refund or exchange. Most exchanged shipments can be shipped back to the customer at no extra cost. Return shipping must be a pre-paid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.

Price Adjustment Policy
If a regular priced, in-stock item goes on sale within 7 days of the date you purchased it, you are entitled to a price adjustment. You will be given a store credit for the difference in the original purchase price and the sale price.
Pickleball Depot will not offer price adjustments for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week, Warehouse Sale, flash sales or time-sensitive promotions.
In order to receive a price adjustment, you must come into the store with the receipt or in the case of online orders, contact our customer service by phone or email.
PADDLE WEIGHT REQUESTS:Paddle weight requests are welcomed at no additional charge and will be fulfilled to the best of our ability as inventory allows. We unfortunately cannot guarantee weight requests, however when the exact weight is not available we will fulfill the order the with a paddle that is +/- 0.1oz within the requested weight. Beyond a +/- 0.1oz the shipping department will contact you with alternative weight options. All shipping fees associated with paddle returns based on unsatisfactory weights are the responsibility of the customer.
