Returns and Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
Pickleball Depot will accept the return of any equipment purchased from our company within 15 days after you receive your order. Equipment being returned for full refund must be in new condition in original packaging. If equipment is not in new condition in original packaging a store credit will be issued. If items have been used and cannot be sold as new, a minimum of a $25.00 chargeback will apply off the credit or refund.
A return authorization is required for all returns. Please call or email requesting a return on an item and the reason for the return. Then pack up the item(s) to be returned with a copy of your original invoice from Pickleball Depot and a note with your Name, Address and Phone Number specifying how you want us to handle the return. You may receive a refund or store credit for the items, less shipping fees or exchange items for other merchandise.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges. (Both ways)
Customers may exchange returned items for new merchandise and the returned item(s) will be credited toward the purchase of any new items.
