Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Orders $150+ (pre-tax) ship free on most items.
• Under $150: Flat rate $19.95.
• Heavy Items: $25 surcharge on permanent nets, windscreens, and select large court equipment.
• Remote Areas: A remote shipping surcharge applies to some areas in Canada (e.g., Yukon and Northwest Territories). It varies by weight and varies between $20- $40.

Processing

• Orders ship in 1–2 business days (we aim for 1; high volume may add a day).
• No weekend or holiday processing.
• Processing time is separate from transit time.

Carriers & Transit

• Shipped via FedEx, Purolator, UPS or Canada Post, based on destination and size/weight.
• Transit times vary by service and are shown at checkout.

Express & Overnight

• Express and Overnight options are available for an additional charge that varies by address.
• Shipping timelines are based on business days (Mon–Fri) and exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
• Orders placed Friday after 12pm PST with Overnight Delivery will ship the next business day- Monday.

 

Address Correction Charge: If an address needs to be changed or corrected once the order has shipped and left our facility or the shipment needs to be diverted to another address, an address correction charge will apply and is the responsibility of the customer (amount varies depending on address).
