Do you have a bricks and mortar store?

No, we are strictly an online retailer which means we don't have the typical overhead of a traditional bricks and mortar business (leases/rent, large staff, etc) which means we are able to offer our products at lower prices for our customers. We have also recently upgraded to FedEx Express shipping as our STANDARD at no additional charge so our customers can get pickling faster, and don't forget- all orders ship for FREE anywhere in Canada over $99!

Why isn’t my credit card being accepted?

If you are using a valid credit card but our system won't accept it to complete your order chances are the CCV number hasn't been imputed. Our system requires customers to enter their CCV number- the three digit number on the back of the credit card- before the payment can be accepted. This ensures maximum credit card security for our customers.

The CCV number will need to be entered in the CCV box located after the credit card expiry date.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. Our website account login is solely used by our staff to access the backend of the website for editing purposes.  Simply checkout as a guest-no account needed!

Why is it preferential to place my order online rather than by phone or email?

It's important that your order is placed online not only for the security of your personal and credit card information but also because our checkout system automatically transposes all your address details right to Canada Post ensuring there are no errors when sending out your order. Online orders also get filled the fastest and most often get shipping same day so you can get your items in a timely manner.

Is it safe to use my credit card online to place an order?

Yes, it is not only safe but it's the safest way to process an order online. We use a secure checkout authorization company that handles all our credit card orders for us guaranteeing all your personal information is kept safe and secure giving you peace of mind when placing your order.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we have a two week return period on any product that has not been used and is in new condition.  You will receive a refund less any shipping costs, you are responsible for any shipping costs for the return shipment.  Please call for a return authorization.

Why are your prices on USA manufactured paddles higher in price than they are selling for in the USA?

When we import paddles from the USA we have to deal with currency exchange, brokerage fees and shipping costs.  These costs can add an additional 30%+ to our final landed costs, depending on the order size.  Any products that are not manufactured in Canada are purchased in US dollars...go figure.

I found a discount code online on a website unrelated to Pickleball Depot- Why is it not working?

Unfortunately there are many fraudulent websites advertising discount codes for every business out there- Pickleball Depot included. These websites have absolutely no affiliation to our company and in some cases are simply phishing for your personal information. Please be extremely cautious of such websites and know that because these are not authentic discount codes they will not work in our system. Any valid discount codes will be advertised directly on our website and available to all our customers!
