Penn 26 Indoor
I initially ordered 2 dozen of these balls from the States before they were available in Canada from Pickleball Depot. I brought them to 2 clubs, both clubs do NOT play on a wood surface courts for which these balls are intended. They played well and were seen well by all the members of both clubs.
Where they might fall short for some clubs is the shorter frequency at which these balls developed cracks, compared to Franklin X-26's. Despite this, the high visibility is such that one of the 2 clubs where I play has decided that the play characteristics and high visibility of this ball make it their first choice as the "club" ball.
Generally positive feed-back after a week's use of these new balls - by primarily our beginner/intermediate group of players. Colour is very popular and, to date, I have only seen one cracked ball. Some say that the ball seems lighter and softer than others we have used (Franklin and Onyx) but, overall, I believe that the Penn are more popular.
